ABOUT
MY STORY
Photography and filmmaking have been part of my life from a young age. I’ve always been drawn to capturing people, landscapes, and the quiet beauty that exists in everyday moments. What started as simple curiosity eventually grew into a deeper passion for visual storytelling.
While studying photography and film, I discovered another side of the craft through post-production. Working behind the screen while editing video showed me how powerful storytelling can be — how the same footage can be shaped, rearranged, and brought together to create entirely different emotions and narratives. That process opened my eyes to how both photography and film can work together to capture and communicate meaningful moments.
One experience that reminded me why I love doing this happened while I was working with someone who was extremely nervous during a shoot. As we talked and took photos, she slowly became more comfortable. When she finally saw one of her images on the screen, she was shocked and said she had never seen herself that way before. Watching her confidence grow in that moment meant everything to me.
Moments like that are why I do what I do. I love capturing emotion, confidence, and authentic stories that feel meaningful and real. My goal is for people to not only see the image, but to feel the care, passion, and intention behind it.
My faith in Jesus and the values it teaches about love, purpose, and serving others quietly guide the way I approach my work and the stories I choose to tell.
Through Westchild Productions, my work spans fashion, editorial, portraits, events, sports, and artist visuals — especially projects that carry meaning and purpose. I’m based in New York and New Jersey and available for travel, always aiming to create visuals that reflect both the moment and the story behind it.
Above all, I want people to feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to be themselves in front of the camera. The most powerful images often come from natural moments that happen when people feel seen.
